Springtime in America?

So okay. In the countries swept by revolution this spring we find:

1. Top 1% of the country controls the biggest share of the wealth?  Check
2. Wealth is the primary determinate of power?  Check 
3. Entrenched corruption?  Check
4. Reform blocked by the wealthy and powerful? Check 

So, when do we get our American Spring?
